MEDICAL FORMS

DO NOT mail or fax forms back to camp. All forms must be presented at camp check-in.

ENROLLMENT

Once you've registered online a packet of information will be emailed. It will include a schedule of events, directions to Wake Forest University, arrival and departure times, a list of what to bring and a Medical & Liability Release form. All forms must be completed before camp begins. No one will be permitted to participate without the completed forms. For mail-in registrations you will receive an email with the same packet of information within 2 business days.

CAMP STORE

At each of Bobby Muuss's Wake Forest Soccer Camps there will be a camp store. The camp store will provide each camper with the latest in Wake Forest gear at discounted prices.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Teams interested in attending Residential Camp, Extended Day Camp, or Academy Showcase Camp should contact us at 336-758-3059 . Teams must have at least 10 participants in order to receive the team discount ($25 discount) and be grouped for training. To receive the discount your team must have a team coach, parent or administrator collect and mail in the registrations and payments together. You cannot receive the discount by registering online.

REFUND POLICY

All Refund Requests must be submitted via email to wfsoccer@wfu.edu. Refund Requests made more than 2 weeks prior to the start of camp will be refunded minus a $50 or $40 administrative fee depending on the camp. Refunds requested less than 2 weeks prior to camp will be refunded minus a $75 or $50 administrative fee depending on the camp.
