The Wake Forest Soccer Day Camp will provide a stimulating way for young players to learn in an engaging environment. This camp runs Monday-Thursday 9:00AM - 12:00PM. Campers will learn THE WAKE WAY with assistance from Wake Forest’s Soccer players as well as some of the best College, High School and youth level coaches in the nation.

9:15-9:30am Large Warm-up Groups focusing on topic/technical aspect of the day
9:30-9:40am Water break
9:40-10:05am Training Station #1 – Training the topic of the day
10:05-10:15am Water break
10:15-10:40am Training Station #2 – Training the topic of the day
10:40–10:50am Water break
10:50-11:15am Training Station #3 – Training the topic of the day
11:15 – 11:25am Water Break (Small sided rules & team set up)

11:50-12:00pm Close of Camp – review and intro topic for the next day
